Having healthy snacks available and on-hand is one of the keys to healthy eating. Having a blend of nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and whole-grain cereals on-hand is the perfect option for a high-protein/high-fiber snack. Simply combine all ingredients into a container or mason jar and pour out a small handful to accompany your mid-morning or afternoon snack. 

Mango Chia Pudding

Chia seeds are an excellent source of healthy fats and fiber. Added to the natural sweetness of maple syrup and chopped mango, this snack will give you a tasty boost of energy.

Pre-chopped fruits & vegetables

It’s true - fresh fruits and vegetables are more likely to be eaten when they’ve been prepared in advance. Think about it, when you’re in a rush, you’re much less likely to opt for a carrot that has to be rinsed, peeled and diced!
