Fruity Ice Tea

A refreshing summer drink with our artisan Marigold and Apricot Blended White Tea. 


- Zola Marigold and Apricot blended white tea, 3 heaped tbsp 
- 2 heaped tbsp rock sugar (or your preferred sweetener- honey or agave nectar work well too) 
- Fresh fruits (citrusy fruits/ greens work best) 

1. Simply boil 1 litre water with your tea for about 10 minutes to infuse fully. 
2. Strain the tea and stir in your preferred sweetener. 
3. Allow the tea to chill before serving on ice and garnishing with fresh fruits!
