Berry & Hibiscus Popsicle
Ingredients
- 200ml of nonfat plain yogurt;
- 2 cups of berries, blackberries, or other red fruit of choice;
- 150 ml of Zola Foods hibiscus tea;
- Honey or organic sugar to taste;
- 1 tbsp Zola Foods chia seeds
Preparation
Bring the tea (read here the best method to prepare Hibiscus tea) and the berries to cook; boil until thickened. Remove from the stove, set aside, and add the chia seeds. Mix yogurt with this syrup until smooth. Place the mixture in popsicle cups, put the chopsticks and freeze. To unmold, remove from the freezer and immerse in water before serving.
